Cancellation and Deposits
Our policy is dependent on the rate you chose upon booking; you may need to pay an amount on a pre-pay basis, these are non refundable if you cancel your reservation. Holiday insurance is always advisable.

We accept cheques a week before departure supported by a Bank Card up to the guaranteed amount.

Child Policy
We cater to children in our family rooms who are up to 12 years of age, however some rooms are able to accommodate older children up to 16 years old. by law children under the age of 16 years are not allowed to occupy a room on their own. Children over the age of 16 will be charged the adult rate.

Credit Cards
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard as well as American Express. No additional fees are charged when using your credit card for hotel services.

Internet Bookings
You may make a booking online through our booking engine, however we reserve the right to review any of these bookings.

Pet Policy
We do not allow pets in our hotels on health and safety grounds, however Guide Dogs are permitted, please contact the hotel to make arrangements.

Special Offers
Our special offers have their own terms and conditions but generally these offers are applicable to new offers and cannot be taken along with any other offer or promotion offered by the group. Prices displayed are generally based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room and are available when these rooms are available.

Package Holidays
Please check with your travel partner for individual terms and conditions. Holidays are covered by ABTA and ATOL. You will need photographic ID when travelling to Jersey.

All our rates and room availability are correct when we publish them and they may change until a firm reservation is made. A deposit will be needed to secure an available rate.

We include breakfast, either a full English or continental breakfast, in all rates unless you are notified differently. If you arrive after the restaurant closes and are on a half board tariff, we will provide you with a cold meal. The Channel Islands are VAT free, however a local GST applies.

We do not accept responsibility for lost of damaged properly. Please obtain a receipt if you are depositing valuables at reception,

Each point is equal to 1p so for every £1 you spend you get 5p back!
