Hospitality in Jersey

Jersey has always been a hospitable island, welcoming visitors from all over the world. The 1980’s were the ‘Bistro’ era with a number of bistro style restaurants all over the island. Jersey is still very much a foodie destination; the choice and diversity have grown with choices of more types of cuisine, from Thai and Indian food to Michelin Star restaurants.

Jersey continues to celebrate fresh locally grown produce including the famous Jersey Royal potatoes, oysters, tomatoes and of course plentiful fresh seafood including lobster and crab. Local chefs enjoy creating dishes made with the freshest seasonal ingredients, and Dolan hotels is no exception when it comes to serving the finest food using ‘Genuine Jersey’ produce.

Jersey is an enviable place to live and work with a high quality of life, low crime rate and plenty of beaches to enjoy as well as a vibrant nightlife. Jersey has a low taxation structure and on joining the company we will take you through all aspects of everything you will need to reside on the Island.

A career with Dolan hotels is rewarding and offers plenty of opportunities to progress in your career.
