1 – Download the app
Click the links above or search for ‘Dolan Loyalty’ in the Apple Store or Google Play and download the app absolutely free. Don’t have a smartphone? No problem! Simply ask the team when on the premises, and we’ll give you a card to use straight away.
2 – Sign Up on the app
Open the app, choose your preferred location, click the menu button on the top left-hand corner of the app and click ‘Sign In/Sign Up’
3 – Earn!
Your account is ready to go! Click the menu button followed by ‘My Loyalty Card’ to bring up your virtual card. You just need to remember to swipe it with your server before paying the bill

Points can be earned on food, drink & events throughout the Dolan Group.
Before you settle your bill or post it to your room (hotel residents and event holders only), please present the QR code on your app or your physical card to a member of the team. The QR code on the app can be found by clicking the menu button (three lines on the top left hand corner of the app) and clicking ‘My Loyalty Card’.
This will attach your loyalty account to the bill, and allow you to earn points and access your loyalty rewards.
Forgotten your phone or collecting for someone else? No Problem! We can also attach the loyalty account via e-mail address or card number. This must be done before you settle your bill or post it to your room.
Your Loyalty is rewarded!
To redeem your points against food and drink, simply tell the team that you wish to use points as payment before you settle your bill or post it to your room (hotel residents only) in any one of our 6 bars & restaurants.
The team will ask you to present the QR code on your app or if you don’t have a smartphone, your physical card. The QR code on the app can be found by clicking the menu button (three lines on the top left-hand corner of the app) and clicking ‘My Loyalty Card’. Your loyalty points will then be used as part or full payment against your bill.
For reasons of security, we will not allow point redemption without seeing the account on the app or a physical card. Physical cardholders must register their card via the link below before they can redeem points.
Frequently Asked Questions
I already have a card with points…have I kept them?
Yes indeed! All your points will still be there and once you download the app you will need to sign up again. Please contact us on the e-mail below and we will transfer your points over.
Will I keep my tier level?
No, tiers will no longer exist as of 1/10/24
Can I still earn and redeem points on accommodation?
Unfortunately not. Apologies!
Can I claim forgotten points?
Yes! Simply contact us on the details below with proof of purchase in the form of a bill within 2 weeks of the transaction date.
Will my account ever expire?
If you have not used your account in 3 years your account will expire so keep spending to keep the points!
I don’t have a smartphone…can I still sign up?
Absolutely! We have a small number of physical cards available.
