Dolan Loyalty Tiers

There are now different levels which change depending on how much you spend with us so the more you spend, the better the perks!

The Tier levels are as follows:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I claim forgotten points?
Yes! Simply contact us on the details below with proof of purchase in the form of a bill. Please note that you can only collect points retrospectively within 2 weeks of the transaction date and that this will not count towards your Tier Level. 

Will my account ever expire?
Yes. If you have not used your account in 3 years we will consider you as an ‘inactive member’ and according to GDPR guidelines, we will delete all data we have on you. However, providing you remain an ‘active member’ and use your card within this time your points will never expire.

How do I get a new card?
If you lose your card, please write to us at the address below or speak to a manager in any one of our hotels and we will issue you a new card reloaded with the points you have already collected so you won't lose your points!

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1 - Sign Up
Whether for a holiday, meal or drink, everyone is welcome to have a card so upon your next visit simply ask a member of the team to sign you up. 
N.B. Guest staying 3 nights or more will automatically receive a card so no need to ask!

2 - Earn
Start earning 5% back in points on direct booked accommodation, food and drink in any one of our hotels, bars or restaurants straight away.

3 - Register, Manage & Enjoy!
You can spend your points straight away and register your card online at www.dolanloyalty.blurunner.co.uk to manage your account and access the full range of benefits!
N.B. We will not contact you with loyalty offers unless you have opted in so no spam!

How to earn Loyalty Points

Relax, it's easy

On Your Stay
You can earn points when you book directly with us (third party bookings eg, through Bookings.com, Expedia or Tour Operators and Travel Agents are not eligible for point earning), simply tell our staff at reception before you check out. Your points will automatically be added to your Loyalty account.
 

On Your Food, Drink or Function
Give your card to us before the end of your meal so the points can be added to your account. Please do this before you pay your bill or charge your bill to your room (hotel guests only).

Forgotten your card or collecting for someone else? No Problem! Just tell us the account name at the end of your meal and we will add them for you.

How to Spend your Points

Your Loyalty is rewarded!

Stays and room upgrades
To claim your points against a stay or a room upgrade, you can either log into the management portal below and purchase a voucher OR ask our reception team to use your loyalty points as payment when you checkout.

Food and Drink
To redeem your points against food and drink, all you need to do is show us your card before you settle your bill and we will use your points as payment.

Loyalty Reward Vouchers
Why not treat yourself or a loved one and save your points up. See what your points could buy you!

To purchase these vouchers log into the Online Management Portal and click 'Spend Points'. You can easily check the points you have collected at any of our outlets or through our Online Management Portal.

Holidaying and dining out with Rewards

With our Loyalty card every time you book direct, eat or drink in one of our hotels, bars or restaurants in Jersey you will receive five points for every £1 you spend.

Each point is equal to 1p so for every £1 you spend you get 5p back!
