Dolan Hotels are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager that will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar and restaurant.
General Scope of Job:
This individual will be able to guarantee guest satisfaction and manage Food and Beverage procedures for the hotel.
Duties:
- Orders stock needed for the bar and restaurant
- Assists restaurant staff
- Handles customer queries
- Adheres to food and beverage budget
- Follows food health and safety regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a four or five star establishment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- An understanding of food health & safety procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- Manages daily food and beverage operations
