Dolan Hotels are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager that will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar and restaurant.

General Scope of Job:

This individual will be able to guarantee guest satisfaction and manage Food and Beverage procedures for the hotel.

Duties:

  • Orders stock needed for the bar and restaurant
  • Assists restaurant staff
  • Handles customer complaints and queries
  • Adheres to food and beverage budget
  • Follows food health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a four or five star establishment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • An understanding of food health & safety procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Manages daily food and beverage operations
