Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

DOLAN HOTELS LOYALTY APP

SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Loyalty account is issued by and remains the property of Dolan Hotels who reserve the right to decline to issue or withdraw the account or points at any time, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Scheme, or to terminate the Scheme at any time without notice.
  2. All participants in the Loyalty scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
  3. Your points are held in an Account in your name
  4. The Loyalty points and exclusive benefits can only be used by the person or entity to whom the account was issued unless written proof of permission from the account holder is granted.
  5. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Dolan Hotels.
  6. The Loyalty App can only be used in the bars and restaurants in the Dolan Hotels group.
  7. Food & Beverage loyalty points can only be earned by scanning your app at the till before your bill is closed (I.E. when you pay your bill or post it to your room). Dolan Hotels reserves the right to refuse points if the app has not been swiped and is not obliged to add points retrospectively.
  8. If your card is lost or stolen you must notify Dolan Hotels immediately. Dolan Hotels will not accept responsibility for points redeemed if we have not been notified of loss or theft.
  9. Loyalty Tier Spending levels – Once you have moved up a tier, if the spending level requirement is not maintained every calendar year (starting from the first of January and ending on the 31st of December), you will drop down to the correct level for your spending amount (eg, a Gold Tier member can drop to Steel Tier if not maintained). The only way that you can retain a tier level is to maintain the appropriate spend for that level within that allocated timeframe.
  10. Food and beverage discounts are currently not available on alcoholic beverages (as per Jersey licensing laws however we will change this as soon as the law changes) or Conference and Banqueting items.
  11. Winter Room discounts are available on ‘Flexible’ bed and breakfast rates from October 15th to April 15th only (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, boxing day, New Years Eve, Valentine's day & Easter) are subject to availability and are bookable only through our Central Reservations or Reception Team. You must have your Loyalty Card or proof of identity to redeem.
  12. Complimentary room upgrades are first come first serve only, subject to availability on the day of arrival and not bookable in advance (I.E. it is far less likely to receive a complimentary room upgrade in Summer than in Winter). You must have your Loyalty app or proof of identity to redeem – Room categories and quantities vary between the hotels.
  13. Late room checkouts are subject to arrivals on the day of checkout and availability. Dolan Hotels reserves the right to refuse or restrict the free of charge late checkouts in extreme cases.
  14. Points are only valid for 36 months and will be removed from the account thereafter.
