Spending your holidays and dining out with Dolan has become even more rewarding with our new and improved Loyalty Card!

Whether for a holiday, meal, tipple, or event, you will receive five points for every £1 you spend on food ,drink, and direct booked accommodation in the Dolan Group. Each point is equal to 1p, so, for every £1 you spend, you get 5p back for free!

Dolan Loyalty Tiers

There are now different tiers which change depending on your total spend with us so the more loyal you are the better the perks you get!

How to Sign Up

Anyone can have a card so upon your next visit, simply ask a member of the team to sign you up and start earning straight away. You can then register your card via our 'Manage Points' button below to gain full access to the program.
N.B. If you are staying for 3 or more nights in any of our hotels you will automatically recieve a card to use during your stay.
N.B. you can opt out of all marketing communication and still have access to our management portal so no spam e-mails!

How to earn points:

On Accommodation

To earn points on accommodation you will need to attach your loyalty card to your booking before you check out. Your points will automatically be awarded to your account once you check out and your bill is closed.

N.B. points can only be earned on rates booked directly with Dolan Hotels so 3rd party bookings (eg, through Expedia, Bookings.com, Tour Operators and Travel Agents) and are not eligible for point earning.

On Food, Drink & Functions

To earn points on your meal give your card before the end of your meal so your account can be added to your bill. This must be done before you pay your bill or charge your bill to your room (hotel guests only). The points will automatically be added to your account upon payment/posting.

Forgotten your card (or collecting for someone else)? No Problem! Just tell us the account name at the end of your meal and we will add it electronically.

Claiming Forgotten Points

We understand that sometimes your holiday or meal was so good that you forgot to add to your card. You can now claim forgotten points by e-mailing loyalty@dolanhotels.com or calling 01534 491900 with proof of purchase in the form of a bill. Please note that you can only collect points retrospectively within 2 weeks of the transaction date as after this point the system can no longer link transactions to your account. 

How to redeem your Points

Accommodation & room upgrades

To redeem your points against accommodation & room upgrades you can either log into the management portal below and purchase a voucher OR ask the reception team to use your loyalty points as payment upon checkout.

Food & Drink

To redeem your points against food and drink, all you need to do is present your card before or at the time you settle your bill and we will use your points as currency against your bill.

Loyalty Reward Vouchers

In addition to using your points as form of payment, you can save your points up and treat yourself or another to a voucher for use anywhere in the group. See the table below to see the offers and click ‘manage your account’ to see what your points can give you!

Manage Your Points

How do I get a new card?

If you lose your card, please write to us at our Head Office address below or speak to a manager in any one of our premises and we will issue you a new card loaded with the points you have already collected so you won't lose your points!

DOLAN HOTELS LOYALTY CARD

SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Dolan Hotels who reserve the right to decline to issue or withdraw the card, account or points at any time, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Scheme, or to terminate the Scheme at any time without notice.

  2. All participants in the Loyalty Card scheme must be resident in the Channel Islands or must be regular visitors to the Channel Islands and aged 18 years or over.

  3. Your points are held in an Account in your name and not on the Loyalty Card itself.

  4. The Loyalty points and exclusive benefits can only be used by the person or entity to whom the card was issued unless written proof of permission from the cardholder is granted. However more than one card can be registered to a single account so that a number of customers can build up points in a single account.

  5. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Dolan Hotels.

  6. The Loyalty Card can only be used at hotels, bars and restaurants in the Dolan Hotels group.

  7. Food & Beverage loyalty points can only be earned by swiping your card at the till before your bill is closed (I.E. when you pay your bill or post it to your room). Dolan hotels reserves the right to refuse points if the card has not been swiped and is not obliged to add points retrospectively.

  8. Accommodation loyalty points can only be earned on rates booked directly thorough the company either via our online booking engine on www.dolanhotels.com or reservation teams on 01534 491900.

  9. Accommodation points are earned at checkout by asking the team to attach your account to your reservation at the reception before you check out(I.E. when you pay your final bill upon checkout, be sure to attach your account number to your reservation to benefit from points). Dolan hotels reserves the right to refuse points if the card has not been swiped and is not obliged to add points retrospectively.

  10. If your card is lost or stolen you must notify Dolan Hotels immediately. Dolan hotels will not accept responsibility for points redeemed if we have not been notified of loss or theft.

  11. Loyalty Tier Spending levels – Once you have moved up a tier, if the spending level requirement is not maintained every trailing year (starting from the first day the card is used to 365 days after), you will drop down to the correct level for your spending amount (eg, a Gold Tier member can drop to Steel Tier if not maintained). The only way that you can retain a tier level is to maintain the appropriate spend for that level within that allocated timeframe.

  12. Beverage discount not available on alcoholic beverages (as per Jersey licensing laws) or Conference and Banqueting items.

  13. Room discounts are available on ‘Best Available’ bed and breakfast rates from November 1st to March 31st only (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, boxing day, New Years Eve, Valentine's day & Easter) are subject to availability and are bookable only through our Central Reservations or Reception Team. You must have your Loyalty Card or proof of identity to redeem.

  14. Complimentary room upgrades are first come first serve only, subject to availability on the day of arrival and not bookable in advance (I.E. it is far less likely to receive a complimentary room upgrade in summer than in Winter). You must have your Loyalty Card or proof of identity to redeem – Room categories and quantities vary between the hotels.

  15. Late room checkouts are subject to arrivals on the day of checkout and availability. Dolan Hotels reserves the right to refuse or restrict the free of charge late checkouts in extreme cases.

  16. Points are only valid for 36 months and will be removed from the account thereafter.
