Indigo’s Grill, with its sweeping vistas over St Aubin’s bay, is a great location to eat. Guests can wake up to beautiful views and enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet; which includes traditional English breakfast as well as fruits, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, pastries plus juices, tea and coffee.
In the evening the sun sets over to the West towards St Aubin’s village and the restaurant is enveloped in warm light. After a freshly made cocktail from the bar, it’s time to enjoy a glass of wine and settle down for dinner. On the menu, you’ll find mouth-watering choice steaks grilled local lobster and fresh Grouville bay oysters, and wholesome vegetarian & vegan delights to name but a few dishes. You’ll have more than enough to write home about!
We’re not forgetting the kids, we have a dedicated Children’s Menu. Under 12 year old’s can enjoy great food too! Yes, and there is ice cream on the menu.
The wine list is extensive, featuring wines from around the world; the perfect accompaniment to your meal. After dinner, you can retire to the lounge bar and enjoy an after-dinner drink.
