Putting British Back on the Menu

Set alongside the Jersey Museum, the Merchant House Brasserie is an unpretentious restaurant that offers diners traditional and robust British recipes in relaxed, modern surroundings.

Sitting in the walled courtyard, surrounded by hanging, fragrant flowers & the sound of fountains gently splashing into the ornamental ponds, it's easy to forget you're in a St Helier restaurant with the hustle and bustle of the capital outside the walls.

Once the sun set's, the Brasserie becomes a vibrant setting for post work drinks and evening dining.

Newly acquired and completely refurbished, the Merchant House Brasserie- formerly known as Museum Brasserie- is now a place of contrast- rich coloured interior with a light airy feel- quality, extensive wine list but served by the glass and great British food yet modern, contemporary dishes.
