Tariff

Full English or continental breakfast is normally served, except for early morning departures when only continental breakfast is supplied. Late arrivals - Guests who have booked half board who arrival after the restaurant has closed, a cold meal is provided. There is no VAT in the Channel Islands.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your reservation, our charges are as follows:

Over 42 days prior to arrival - loss of deposit
29 – 41 days prior to arrival - 50% of total stay
15 – 28 days prior to arrival - 60% of total stay
1 – 14 days prior to arrival - 90% of total stay
Within 24 hours of arrival - 100% of total stay

We advise that adequate holiday insurance is arranged to cover any eventuality.

Deposit
A non refundable deposit of the first nights accommodation is charged.

Special Offers
All special offers are applicable to new bookings only. The offers may not be taken in conjunction with any other Dolan Hotel offer or promotion. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/ double room and are subject to availability.

Dogs and other pets
We regret that facilities for dogs and pets are not available

Valuables
The Management respectfully declines responsibility for the loss of, or damage to any guests property unless deposited with reception and a receipt obtained.

Les Ormes
Dolan Hotels have an affiliation with Les Ormes Leisure Village for all their hotel guests to have a membership status at off-peak times. The Village has a 9 hole golf course, gym and tennis courts.

Cheques
Cheques are accepted one week prior to departure only if supported by a Bankers Card up to the amount stated on the card.

Credit Cards
Your hotel will be pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and AMEX (min charge £50.00) for all hotel services.

The on-line booking facility is designed for individual bookings and Dolan Hotels reserves the right to review the validity of any reservations that are not made in this spirit.
